I don’t normally write reviews but this experience really earned it. 
My fiancé and I were looking for our first house. We were one of those couples who wanted everything we had come to appreciate while growing up in our parent’s homes for a lot less money…..and, we thought it was possible! As first time home owners, we didn’t have much of a clue – we wanted what we couldn’t afford and had a very large geographic territory to consider. 
To be honest, I didn’t think much about having a certain realtor over another. Looking back, that was pretty naïve. We flirted around with a few realtors before being introduced by a friend to Pat Gildea, a realtor in Media, PA. During our first consultation, I knew she was completely different from the others. She heard everything we wanted in a home and she understood our needs. We were treated no differently than clients looking for million dollar homes. We asked lots of questions and requested a bunch of information. 
In the initial days, she provided us with relevant data and information which enabled us to narrow our location. From there, Pat systematically shared homes with us to gauge exactly how we would prioritize our long list of “wants/needs.” After a few weeks of looking, Pat found the perfect home for us. Throughout the whole process, from beginning consultation through to closing, she was magnificent. I really felt that she looked after us—and helped us to consider things we may not have known to look for on our own—as if my own mother. 
Six years later, my husband and I are now ready to upgrade and find a home for our next 20 years. As we reflected back on our experience of our first home, we knew that we wanted to work with Pat again. Today, we’re picking up right where we left off, and couldn’t be happier.
