Pat was born and raised in Springfield, is a graduate of Cornell University, and is a current resident of Media. As a lifelong resident of Delaware County, she has invaluable knowledge of the area and has become a local real estate expert.
Pat creates business for the team, seeking buyers and sellers daily. She makes on average 20 new phone contacts per day to match buyers and sellers. She is primarily a seller’s agent, looking out for the interests of the sellers. She is also responsible for leading the team and assisting clients in their home buying and selling experiences.
Kim Davish: Client Care Specialist
Kim handles the “behind the scenes” details from the time a property is listed with the team. She is responsible for maximum exposure of the home to the public and the active agents in town. She tracks the property’s activity and marketing and is responsible for getting that information to the client via a detailed report over the phone or in writing. Kim assists the team in maintaining a service oriented relationship during the listing and pending period and after the sale.

Sue assists our buyers and sellers with all the closing details so that the client has a smooth, hassle-free settlement.
